Brise De Mer has three ensuite bedrooms located on the top floor, the master bedroom and the first bedroom both have king beds & their own private balconies. The third room has two twin beds that can be converted into a king if so desired.

The fourth room is a semi detached apartment accessed from the pool deck and is the last floor in the villa, this self-contained apartment includes a kitchen, full bathroom and living/dining space and its own bar and patio area.

Located on the peninsula of Trouya Pointe, St Lucia, C’est la Vie has been designed in traditional Caribbean style with some Balinese influence and offers a free flowing layout allowing comfort and privacy amidst carefully landscaped tropical gardens.

Integral to C’est la Vie’s concept is tranquility and serenity assisted by nature, the grounds are abundant with fruit and often the only sound is birdsong or the lapping of waves on the nearby shore.
A short pathway leads from C’est la Vie to a tranquil, secluded cove from which snorkelers may search for reef fish or lobster and strong swimmers may circumnavigate the peninsula and find themselves in another quiet cove with a beautiful sandy beach.

Each villa has a master bedroom, as well as one or two additional bedrooms, which can be set out with double or twin beds on request. Each room has its own bathroom, and each villa also has a large sitting and dining area and either a shared or private swimming pool, some of which are set on roof terraces. They have views of the ocean or the resort gardens.

Guests staying at the Cap Maison Villas have access to all the services of the wider resort, including watersports, a fitness centre and bars and restaurants. A concierge service and a daily trip to the nearby supermarket are complimentary, and guests can also arrange in-villa catering and dining at an additional cost.

No 7 the Harbour is an elegant townhouse in Rodney Bay St Lucia. The Harbour is a townhouse development in a fantastic central location within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, two shopping Malls with duty free shopping facilities and the many restaurants, bars and nightclubs of Rodney Bay.

The home has a spacious ground floor featuring an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room which opens on to an open air patio overlooking Rodney Bay harbour with is yachts and sailboats.

The dining room is well appointed with a glass top dining table with seating for 6 and this adjoins the spacious living room complete with a stereo, cable TV and DVD player. The room is cooled by central air-conditioning when doors are closed. The ground floor also has a handy laundry room and powder room.

The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a communal swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage. On site parking is available for those seeing to rent a hire

No 7 has three bedrooms but can be booked at a one or two bedroom rate for couples or smaller families or friends requiring less bedrooms. The first floor houses two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has two single beds.

The master bedroom is on the second floor and features a king size bedroom and spacious en-suite bathroom.

La Mer is a lovely three bedroom villa located in the prestigious Cap Estate and you will soon feel relaxed thanks to it’s charming features. As you enter La Mer, you will be greeted by the beautiful ocean views.

To the left as you enter is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Go down a few stairs to relax in the lower level living room, but why watch TV when you can walk out to the pool and enjoy the scene on the large deck, with plenty of room to lounge and enjoy the serene scene around you.

If you do want to venture out, then it is only a 10 minute walk to the popular Anse Du Cap Beach.

There are two bedrooms in the main house, both with ensuite bathrooms. The master has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom features twin beds that can be configured as a king. The third bedroom is detached and referred to as Coconut Cottage and is a few yards away from the main house. It has a king-sized bed, and its own bathroom where you can take in the outside scene while you have a relaxing shower.

Tamarind House is a beautiful spacious villa nestled in the hills above Anse Chastanet beach on St. Lucia’s West coast and approximately 1.5 miles from Soufriere. Guests are captivated by the grandeur of the famous Pitons, as well as panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.

An expansive terrace surrounds the central rooms behind the main house and another terrace is lined with sun loungers surrounding a large swimming pool, a great place to watch the amazing St Lucia sunsets.

An immense living room is the centrepiece of the main house, revealing stunning views through archways opening onto the back terrace. Guests have access to a tennis court located below Tamarind House. Anse Chastanet beach is a five minute drive and has diving facilities, plus a protected marine park for snorkelling.

The main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom offers 640 sqft living space with private terrace. The room features a beautiful antique four poster bed, side tables and a walk in closet with safe. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower. Guests of this bedroom will delight in waking to the breath-taking views of the Pitons.

The second bedroom is slightly smaller with 415 sqft of living space and has a private terrace. This room is furnished with a queen-sized four-poster bed. The ensuite marble bathroom with shower has high quality fixtures and a chrome mirror. The third bedroom is for children and has a double and a single four poster bed. It also has its own private terrace and Italian tiled bathroom with shower.

Please note, one of the bedrooms in the main house is only suitable for children under the age of 15 as it is slightly smaller and does not offer ocean or Piton Views. The fourth bedroom is in a separate, self-contained cottage.

Villa Trou Rolland is a lovely six-bedroom home, which offers panoramic views over the bay of Trou Rolland, right next to Marigot Bay, and is perfect for groups of friends or a family. This home boasts an impressive hillside location and is only a short walk from a small beach.

The villa is approached via a gated road that winds through the tropical rainforest and lush surroundings that St. Lucia is famed for. The entrance leads into the living room and open plan kitchen and dining area. The living area is furnished with wicker seating and palm-print cushions giving the interior a tropical vibe.

The floor to ceiling glass doors ensure the views can be appreciated from inside the villa as well as out – although there are 4 levels of patio decks – each equipped for entertaining, sunbathing, and lounging. An elegant central-helical staircase adjoins the floors. An outdoor spiral staircase allows for easy movement between decks. All floors are covered with Travertine stone tiles.

Four of the six bedrooms at Villa Trou Rolland have en-suite bathrooms and open to a balcony or terrace. One has a king size bed, two has double beds and one has twin beds. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and have a king and queen-size bed respectively. Other rooms at the villa include a utility room, office and media room.

Atlantis a super luxurious villa located high on the hill side in the exclusive Cap Estate in the north of St Lucia offering 5 bedrooms and over 8000 square feet of living space. The property is surrounded by established tropical gardens which are expertly manicured and has some of the best views in St Lucia.

Although spacious, Atlantis does also exude a welcoming and warm ambience and is a great spot for entertaining and family time. The curved driveway leads to this fabulous home with its impressive welcoming entrance and elegant coral stone staircase.

The single storey villa’s walls are built from natural local stone. As you enter you are immediately greeted by the soothing peacefulness of the indoor courtyard with water feature and koi pond which opens to the Caribbean sky above. The property has been upgraded to a high end modern style however it has not lost its historic old Caribbean feel.
As you step inside, the home beckons in all directions.

The 5 bedrooms are laid out in an interlocking floor plan off the beautiful indoor/outdoor atrium off the courtyard. Cathedral ceilings and lots of arched windows ensure every bedroom is bright and airy. The master bedroom is located to the left of the courtyard and has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with two double beds share a large bathroom. To the left of this bedroom is another queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and between the two is a cosy TV room, complete with a DVD movie selection. The last of the 5 bedrooms has a queen bed and its own bathroom which is located across the hallway.

Villa Cadasse is a lovely three bedroom villa located in Cap Estate, in the north of the island. You enter through an arched and gated entry to the lush tropical gardens and the magnificent views beyond.

The living area has been furnished with lovely white sofas and the colourful cushions add to the tropical ambience. For relaxation, enjoy watching TV in the spacious open plan living area or listen to some music. The living area leads to a dining area and a large fully-equipped kitchen. Or you might want to dine al fresco and enjoy the views. The swimming pool is edged with small stones and there is also a Jacuzzi and outdoor shower on the large pool deck.

For an added bedroom, this villa can be booked with Orchid Cottage, a one bedroom cottage with private plunge pool. Orchid Cottage can also be booked separately with us.
The villa is located in Cap Estate, yet only a five minute drive to the nearest beaches.

The master bedroom features king-sized bed and is located on the second floor. You will wake up to the glorious views through the large glass windows or venture out to the covered terrace.

There are two additional bedrooms with two single beds that can be configured as a king and are located on the lower level with private terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. For additional guests, there is a small fourth bedroom with single bed located just off the kitchen wing and is suitable for a single person or child. This bedroom is not air-conditioned.

One of the most stunning properties in our St Lucia collection is Villa Susanna. Located on a headland position at the end of Marigot Bay, the property occupies 3 acres of fully landscaped gardens and pathways with an occasional bench for seating. The property leads down to the Trou Rolland Beach equipped with a barbeque and tables.

The house is an eclectic mix of Caribbean Cool and Italian Chic and provides wonderful spaces for relaxation and a memorable Caribbean holiday.

You are greeted on entrance by a breezy hallway complete with Murano glass chandelier which takes you through to a living room with ample seating, TV/DVD and stereo and onwards to a dining room with seating for up to 20. Ceiling fans throughout keep the main living and dining areas well cooled.

The large kitchen is well equipped and features a table with seating area for 12. Outdoors, while away your day on the patio, swing in the hammock and enjoy a lunch or sunset dinner in the gazebo.

The accommodations are housed across 3 separate 2 bedroom cottages complete with sitting areas and wet bars.

The master bedroom is housed in Amber Flamboyant Cottage and includes a lovely 4 poster bed draped with nets. The bedroom has both ceiling fans and air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom also features a TV, Ipod dock an walk in closet and opens up to a private terrace with Jacuzzi.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a seating area with wet bar, fridge and some kitchen facilities. Amber Flamboyant also includes a library with a queen size sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, TV and Garden area. An ideal additional bedroom for children if required.

The Yellow Hacienda cottage features 2 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a king 4 poster bed and the other with 2 single beds. The main bedroom features an outdoor shower while the single bedroom features a small garden with hammock. There is a seating area with wet bar and fridge.

Wild Orchid St Lucia is a three-storey, spacious Villa located on a hill with a 270 degree view of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. The villa is situated at one of the northern most points of St. Lucia, and provides spectacular panoramic views of the northwest Coast, the historic National Park of Pigeon Island, the beautiful French island of Martinique and the majestic Mount Gimie.

At Wild Orchid, sunset and night time views are a magnificent experience; the south coast becomes aglow and Martinique shimmers in the Atlantic Ocean. A covered veranda runs the entire length of the house, and includes a welcoming seating area and an outdoor dining area.

There are two balconies; the southern one has a wonderful view of St. Lucia’s southwestern coast and beaches; the northern balcony provides a beautiful view of the ocean and island of Martinique.

There is also a fully-equipped two bedroom apartment in the grounds with a separate entrance, which is only available to rent with the main house. Each bedroom has a king-size bed. One has views of the ocean and the other has garden views. There is one bathroom and a living area.
