Everything went very smoothly as always with DialAFlight. My only concern which is outside your control, we were unable to select seats which resulted in us being seated separately on our return flight
I am always happy with the service I receive from DialAFlight. A week before my flight I receive a phone call checking if I have any problems and that I am happy with everything.

You actually speak to a human being who will customise your flights for you. You can always phone them and speak about any concerns and they contact you just before your trip to check everything is OK. Thoroughly recommend DialAFlight and thank you for your help over the last 4 years with the many journeys my family have taken.

Fantastic service as always.
Very pleased with our trip although BA were not great. On the way out I checked in 10 minutes after it opened and could not get two seats together. Checking in online they would not issue boarding passes and we had to get to the airport early. The food on the way back was terrible. Films on board were OK but the music choice was all cheapie covers - like some sort of massive cheapo compilation - bizarre. Confirmed my dislike of BA

I would not recommend Air Canada as they cancelled our first flight and on our return put us on standby and split us all up even though we bought our seats together. They were very unhelpful
Professional, courteous, expedient and helpful service.
Not a criticism but please note July 1 is Canada Day so Niagara area is particularly busy. We checked out at 11am but weren’t picked up until 1:45 …pick up could have been earlier even if we spent longer at Toronto airport…which was a great airport in our opinion.

Canada's rail service proved not to be terribly reliable! Would have been good to have some insight into that and a few Plan Bs. We had a series of hotels booked - all great except one but its website is very misleading.

For your records the Fairmont Royal York is a good hotel but has very loud music in the main area - which detracts from what is otherwise a lovely area. So rather than come back to a haven of peace it has more like a nightclub feel. Most guests we spoke to complained about it - and it was not pleasant for staff either. Very unfortunate but apparently imposed by the owners.
