The Transat premium economy was excellent - better than Virgin as only 12 seats with one dedicated steward. Highly recommend.

Poor assistance at Toronto. This is the second year I have experienced this - they push you off the plane and then leave you saying it could be up to 2hrs and there's no help at all. For luggage recovery they tell you to use the feepaying staff!

Chelsea Hotel in Toronto is not great - wouldn’t recommend. Pretty grim reception area, hotel needing a complete refurbishment. The Crowne Plaza at Niagara was excellent. Really nice room and restaurant.
There is always a person to speak to if you need help, not a machine. You are allocated a specific person which is very reassuring as they know what your travel plan is and you don’t have to keep explaining to a new person. I have used DialAFlight for all my trips over the last 5 years. I would fully recommend this firm and already have done to others.
I have already recommended you to friends. Your service is always impeccable. I just wish I could say the same for Air Transat! Pity it’s the only airline that does Toronto to Glasgow direct. But that’s not your problem. Thanks as always.
