You guys are amazing, BA actual flight is one of the best for such a long journey but are they ever on time? Over an hour late taking off both times. Requested assistance due to being nearly blind, couldn't fault Vancouver end but Heathrow was a complete gong show... so let down
More time is needed between connecting flights as we almost missed ours and our luggage was delayed.

Hotel in Toronto was too far away from the airport when doing an overnight stop with 2 children. Other than that I would highly recommend this service.
