Would not travel to Penang or Pangkor Laut again but that’s nothing to do with you! The beach has washed away at Batu Ferringhi due to land reclamation in Georgetown but the biggest issue in both places is the pollution washing up on the tide line. I don’t like swimming in a sea of plastic bottles and bags!

Cannot fault DialAFlight who were very good. The only negative about the experience was the first hotel in Kuala Lumpur was not to the standard that DialAFlight normally provide.

When you check in for the joint BA/QR flight from KUL to LHR, you can't check in online on the BA app. We got to KUL with 3 hours to go and joined a massive queue, but a Qatar staff member plucked us from obscurity and took us to a machine where we checked in and got boarding passes - and then we got to go to a smaller queue to bag drop. All flights were on time.

This is our second time using DialAFlight and I'd highly recommend them. We had a very comprehensive itinerary, visiting 5 countries with 12 flights and 12 hotels in total! Jim's expertise was key in pulling it all together; nothing was too much trouble even with the numerous changes we kept making. We'll definitely be using DialAFlight for our next adventure.
