Definetly recommend and use again.
Lee was outstanding through booking procedure, provided advice, got us the best flights and all round deal. Even helped with our additional requirements whilst away. Amazing!
Always a first class service, thanks
Have used DialAFlight many times and they always give good service
As usual excellent service everything went smoothly.
Ivor sorted everything out for us and we had a great holiday.
My travel manager Roray has been helpful as ever giving excellent customer service. I love dealing with DialAFlight.
As always, Alex and his team's efficiency is reassuring. I am not sure that many people can claim to have personal service as we do - calls prior to our trips and also following our trips to check all went well.
Have used several times and whole process so easy. People I spoke to have always been polite and most helpful . Nothing was too much trouble and all queries answered with confidence.
Top quality service from Joel, everything was like clockwork and the whole experience was perfect. I will be using DialAFlight again!
Booked with Miles and everything went smoothly as usual
Many thanks to Kylie for organising an amazing trip for us, connections, transfers and the guides for excursions were absolutely brilliant. You made my wife’s dream come true visiting the orangutans in Borneo.
Thank you for all your patience and help with two older people whose minds are not as good as they once were.
Fabulous holiday - thanks to Des
To Liam and other staff I want to say a big thank you. You arranged my whole trip to the very last detail. Travelling such a long distance on my own was a frightening thought but all at DialAFlight gave me the confidence to do it. Excellent company, excellent staff!
All bookings OK
All flights on time and good level of comfort.
Wouldn't travel with anyone else.
Once again first class service - thank you to Callum and his team of experts
Great trip as always, your service is excellent, thank you. Would say though that we are very glad we went to Georgetown and not Bathu Ferringhi! I am sure the hotels up there are great, they certainly looked it, but the area outside the hotels is grim! So for customers who want to do more than just stay within the hotel confines I wouldn’t recommend it. There is good transport from BF into Georgetown but it is a 15k trip.
Wish every travel agent was as good
Alex was so helpful and made the booking of the flights very easy, thanks
We selected the Hyatt Regency for our stay in Hong Kong. In hindsight it is a fair way from the city centre and also food and drink were very expensive. Great flight planning and advice by Andrew. Overall a fantastic trip.
Thanks to Jerry. The usual faultless arrangements and excellent email updates.
Good service, nice feeling of help being available. The one hour for transfer at KL was a bit tight. Hard to avoid, but I would be wary of it in future. The immigration queues in KL airport can be v long.
Emirates have got to be one of the best airlines. A one hour delay at KL, should have missed my flight to Gatwick but staff were waiting at the plane to take me to the gate for the flight to Gatwick. Plane had been delayed for us.
Great service by Vinnie as always, including sorting out a surprise last minute addition to the travelling party.
The British Airways plane had much better sleeping arrangements than Malaysia airlines, especially for the window seats. Really quite private. I would recommend for the future.
As usual, Rupert's skillful arrangements for our complex flights worked wonderfully well. Thank you very much. Our journey home by Business Class was a delight compared to previous adventures.
Have used Dial AFlight for several years and they're always available to check queries, try their best to meet your requirements..

Mt Kinabalu is the highest mountain in South-East Asia and is situated in the Kinabalu National Park in the province of Sabah in Malaysian Borneo. Here's your chance to join the thousands of tourists who visit the park every year . . . and most come with the intention of climbing the mountain. Fortunately, Mt Kinabalu is one of the easiest peaks in the world to conquer. It takes just two days and climbers don't need any previous experience at mountain climbing. At sunrise, the views from the summit at Low's Peak are spectacular, making all the effort worthwhile. This short trip makes a great adventure while holidaying in the country.

On a sprawling undisturbed land, 44 miles west of Lahad Datu in Borneo, lies nature’s jewel called the Danum Valley Conservation Area. And on this fascinating three day tour you will see just why this is one of the richest conservation areas in the world with more than 200 species of trees providing a natural home for endangered wildlife such as the Sumatran rhino, banteng, Asian elephant, clouded leopard, orang utan, and proboscis monkey. Being remote from human habitation and almost alien to modern civilisation makes the Danum Valley a naturalist paradise. You will be able to drink in the beauty of this virgin forest by taking nature walks with experienced naturalists. This short tour is a wonderful way to enhance any trip to Malaysia.
