Thanks for all your help with this trip. Everything worked out perfectly!
Ryan always meets and exceeds my expectations whenever he organises my family holidays. He is very kind, helpful and meticulous in the provision of customer satisfaction and support at all stages.
Have dealt with Marcus for many years. Ever so helpful and professional. He makes you feel comfortable dealing with DialAFlight.
It was nice that Tristan phoned me a week before my travel just to check everything was fine, the service is excellent
Everything went well and I will recommend my friends
Billy, you are a gem. Everything went exactly. My muslim meals and the flights were perfect. Will be booking another one soon.
Excellent personal attention.
Another very good job - many thanks to Sonny and his team
Trustworthy reliable company- would highly recommend.
Absolutely brilliant from first phone call to return journey. Thank you.
Russell was extremely easy to discuss our requirements with and extremely respectful and helpful
You did a great job - thanks.
I have used you for over 15 years and the service has never failed me in any form. The customer service has always excelled. Thank you for always going the extra mile.
Very professional and polite service. I felt confident with my travel arrangements
We always get excellent service from Helen and her team
Very good customer service - was nice to get a call before we went on holiday to check all ok. Competitive pricing
I would always use Christian to book my flights
I really appreciated all of Joel’s help throughout the booking process and I’ll definitely be using DialAFlight again!
The transfer time in Amsterdam was a bit tight and because of a delayed departure from Nairobi we missed the connecting flight. Otherwise everything else was fine.
Superb service. Many thanks.
Love you guys
Everything went well but using that route through Doah is a much longer journey
Thank you so much for all your help in getting me to and from Kisumu. Keep up the good work. Travellers need agents like you!
Thank you for your super efficient service. I would recommend you to all my friends and family.
Excellent service as usual. Pity BA can’t give same level of service especially when one asks for wheelchair assistance. Had to sit for nearly three hours in a waiting room at Heathrow before being taken to gate even with our own wheelchair
Very impressed with your personal touch. Phone call from Callum to check all was OK.
First class service as always. Have used DialAFlight every year for fifteen years and never ever a problem. They are the best.
Vincent and Martin were wonderful, patient and caring. A great asset to your company.
Well done. Thanks for making it happen
Will book with you again. Thank you for all your help
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
