Great service as always
I have been with DialAFlight for many years and I would not consider going to any other travel agency.
Nick was really on the ball. As soon as our flights were cancelled due to the war he was straight into finding us alternative routes.
DialAFlight is an excellent company to deal with. I would definitely recommend. I have been using them for 10 years plus and the service has never failed me.
Thank you for your excellent caring service to customers. Be blessed
Always confident with DialAFlight
Thank you for your commitment and support
I missed my flight but because of the support of your team I was given another flight and I got to my destination happy. On my return my luggage was missing but I was assured not to worry and by Monday early in the morning my luggage was delivered. Thank you.
All contact reminders was very helpful. Trip went as planned
Thanks to Ashley for looking after us on our recent flight to Nairobi
Always very helpful and considering the situation in the Middle East, Kenya Airways was on time and good.
Ryan and his team always look after us very well. Thank you
We always have excellent service from you and would not use anyone else.
Great service
Thank you, Shelley!
All clockwork from start to finish. Thank you
Team did well but Heathrow wheelchair support needs lessons from Nairobi
Callum was wonderful and rearranged my flight home with no problems. Fantastic service.
Matthew and his team are excellent. Once again, seamless flights and great support.
All excellent, thank you.
The holiday went very well and everything went according to plan. Would highly recommend you (and I have) to friends.
Always fab service from Matthew and team
Always available to answer the smallest queries online.
Very pleased and will definitely use again
We’ll be back!
There was an online check in booking reference change on one leg of the trip. I called DialAFlight from Kenya and they gave me the correct one
Brilliant holiday. Thank you Damian
The flight could not land in Kigali due to fog causing a 5hr delay after being redirected to Entebbe. RwandAir did not inform us what was happening for hours causing distress and panic among my family members who waited for hours for me at the airport with no information. I won’t be using RwandAir again
Tammy, as usual, did everything that was requested.
As always everything was perfect! We were pleased with the rooms chosen in the two hotels, our seats on the two long haul flights were excellent. Also Eve is always available if I have any problems
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
