Great service as always from Amelia
I felt genuine care from your staff and your sincerity was evident in all our conversations. Congratulations and well done. I feel you went the extra mile. If only KLM had a proportion of your organisational ability then the trip would’ve gone much smoother.
All fine. On time and nice flights. The food on the BA flight was horrible. DialAFlight helpful efficient and available in case of problems
As ever Calvin was extremely helpful in planning our flights and dealing with several changes and amendments.
Personal and professional treatment always.
Very happy with service. I was lucky to get an upgrade having been the last to check in.
Easy to book and confident they are there for any eventuality
Excellent communication and support from Daryll. So much better than just buying a ticket online. I have recommended you to my friends and family
Next time please offer us different classes for Kenya Airways
We’re really happy with the service Josh provides and the suggestions he makes. 10 out of 10.
Perfectly planned as always. Thank you Michelle
Always good to know that you can be reached by phone 24hrs a day!
Excellent customer service
We’ll keep coming back!
Excellent all round service. Well done Matthew
Very satisfied
As always DialAFlight gave me exceptional service. I have been using them for 20 odd years and service has been spot on every time. Conrad is fantastic and the fact that the phone is always answered almost instantly by a human is a dream!
Thank you Amelia - excellent service as always!
Jamie was brilliant!
Lucy is great. She absolutely listened to our needs and made sure that she met them. Unfortunately the flights both outbound and inbound had issues but that's directly with BA which is what I am now communicating with them about
Once again provided a terrific service. I felt well informed and in good hands at all times. The app is excellent - complete with very useful currency converter. I am resolved to use DialAFlight for all international travel.
Brilliant as usual
Already have recommended on numerous occasions
Very reliable.
Perhaps highlight requirement on entry to Kenya for proof of Covid vaccs. It's in your small print, I know, but could be made clearer.
You delivered. Oli and your team, thank you.
Another successful trip ... this time 9 weeks in Mombasa Kenya. Jerry Bushnell is an excellent travel agent, and is always ready to help. I had cause to contact him while I was in Mombasa and received a very prompt response to my query. I only use Dial a Flight for my travel arranements...no need to go anywhere else
Wonderful service
As first time user of DialAFlight everything worked very well.
I wouldn’t book flights with anyone else. Rupert always responds straight away and is there for any problems. I’ve recommended to many people.
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
