Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
DialAFlight never disappoints. Thank you
Brilliant from start of booking process, thank you
We encountered major probelms outside of your control but you did your upmost to help. Thanks
Michelle was excellent throughout the whole process. She is everything a good travel agent should be and more.
Everything was perfect, all the transfers from airport to hotel, then hotel to hotel. All accommodation was exceptional
Faultless as always but not impressed with flydubai! Very much a budget airline - not good for an 8 hour flight. Meal provided but after that not even offered a glass of water!
Great team - especially Annabelle who's always ready to help. Wouldn't book with any other company
Consistently ten out of ten service
Super helpful and efficient
Good overall, just a bit disappointed with Qatar Airways due to lack of communication on delays - on all 4 flights
The deal you got was better than I could get independently and significantly cheaper than local travel agent
I found booking our holiday with you a great experience. Finn was very knowledgeable and had lots of information and different options at his fingertips. I loved the fact that in a very quick phone call I could get all the options I needed without being put on hold or waiting for ages. Will definitely be recommending.
Kirsty, thank you very much, all went according to plan.
Excellent service. Will be booking with DialAFlight for my next trip .
Boris helped us to get the best available flights for our trip and at a competitive rate, thanks. Would definitely use this company again and always recommend
Helpful, informative, professional, great communication
I’ve spread the word
Thank you very much. You made an old man very happy
Brilliant service. Can’t fault DialAFlight. Will use them every time. Nick Beattie did a fantastic job. Love the App too. All information we needed was there.
Trip went to plan
DialAFlight simply do not fail to deliver on service and reliability.
Russell Harrison was extremely helpful and gave us good options for our trip.
Excellent service - everything ran smoothly
Only fault was my wife and I didn’t get seats together
Excellent service as always
First Class Service as always - thanks Finn
Ryan was brilliant.
Everything went well with flights. Ivor was great with communication and sorting things
Great service when booking. Helpful staff. Highly recommended
Thanks to Michelle Dooler we have had stress free multiple trips for 5 months. Would recommend Michelle and her team to all my friends and family
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
