From DialAFlight point of view things were fine. Kenya Airways decided to change our flights from Mombasa to Nairobi with very little time to catch the connecting flights so not too happy about that.
Lily Reeve was fantastic.
We had a relaxed trouble free trip and the tour company was friendly and reliable.
Fergus was efficient, helpful and patient.
Super service - definitely use again
Book all my trips with DialAFlight. Helpful, knowledgeable and flexible
As always, DialAFlight were amazing. Tara in particular went above and beyond to help us get to where we needed for a good price.
Really appreciated the call from Harry just a few days before our departure.
Harvey was amazing
Flights perfect but airports a shambles. Warn customers they may have very long waits for security and luggage. Our luggage got left at Schiphol but we should receive it within the next 48 hours! Your service was excellent.
Shelley was a great support throughout the whole process, despite the covid delays. She kept us informed at all times.
Theo's efficiency and professionalism was very impressive at every point of contact and especially when my flight was cancelled. Will recommend him and DialAFlight at every opportunity
Excellent in all aspects. Cannot be faulted.
All went smoothly
Excellent customer service from beginning to end
You are a supportive and efficient team. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and colleagues.
Excellent service by Larry again
Great customer service. Thanks Seymour you are an asset to your company
As always great service thanks to Shane and all those at DialAFlight
I always feel safe and that I have got the best deal when I book my flights with DialAFlight
Many thanks to Alfie and Oli for guiding me through the Covid rules. I would never book with anyone else - they truly went above and beyond the call of duty. 10/10
Jordan was brilliant - saved the hassle of looking at endless websites and the price was just the same but with less effort - no form filling, clicking or scrolling. Easier and simpler than ordering a pizza!
Darryll was fantastic
It all worked out well.
Shelley is a complete star
Thanks for your service, advice and efficiency plus, best of all, actual, individual advisers who deal with me personally!
Excellent service as always! I recommend you to everyone, have been using you for approximately 20 years now and would never change! Keep doing what you do, especially the answering of phones within seconds and speaking to a human straight away! No press this number for this or that number for that, just good personal service!??
Everything went very smoothly
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
