Overview
There will be lots of enchanted evenings as you sail from Sydney and back on this fabulous 10 night South Pacific cruise. Bali Hi will be calling all the way as you leave that great Australian city and head out into the ocean stopping at Mystery island and Noumea before heading back. Cruising is all about relaxation and on this voyage you have no fewer than six full days at sea on a luxurious liner where there's never a dull moment.
Day 1
Sydney
Your wonderful cruise begins when you board the Celebrity Solstice in Sydney. It may well be worth arriving a few days before you set sail to give you time to see some of the iconic landmarks including the opera house, the famous coat hanger bridge across the harbour, Circular Quay with its many restaurants, Bondi Beach where you can relax and watch the surfers, and the chic Rocks area where there lots of high end shops and boutiques.
tour image
Day 2
At Sea
The first of your full days at sea on the cruise as you sail away from the Australian coast so make the most of it and get to know all that your modern cruise ship has to offer. This is the ship that inspired Celebrity Cruise Line's celebrated Solstice Class of liner and is one of the most decorated ships in their fleet. It is rich in luxurious design and exciting new experiences and most passengers who sail in her regard the ship as a destination in itself.
tour image
Day 3
At Sea
The second of two consecutive relaxing days at sea as the Celebrity Solstice heads out into the South Pacific. This cruise liner was the first Celebrity ship to feature the unique Lawn Club – half an acre of grass on the top deck, where a casual country club atmosphere is the norm. Embrace your competitive side with a range of games in the sunshine or soak up the rays around one of the pools. There's always so much to keep you entertained on board.
tour image
Day 4
Isles of Pines, New Caledonia
Your first port of call on the cruise is the Isle of Pines, which is an island in the archipelago of New Caledonia, a French overseas territory in the South Pacific. It's southeast of the main island, Grande Terre, and known for its white sand beaches and tall pine trees. In the northeast, Oro Bay has a natural pool bounded by a coral reef. Kuto Bay is to the south. A large rock, sacred to the locals, sits just offshore in neighboring Kanumera Bay.

Day 5
At Sea
Another day to relax and enjoy all that the Celebrity Solstice has to offer. Food plays an important on any cruise and when your appetite is well and truly worked up, head to one of the ship's specialty restaurants. At Silk Harvest, you can go on a culinary journey through the authentic flavours of Asia in a friendly and laidback atmosphere. Then finish the perfect day with a delicious cocktail in one of the sophisticated bars then watch a top class show in the main theatre.
tour image
Day 6
At Sea
Sea days aboard the Celebrity Solstice are truly magical. There is never a dull moment from first thing in the morning until late at night and the dining options throughout the liner are second to none. Check out the spa and indulge yourself with a pampering treatment, join in the organised deck games, attend a lecture, enjoy a show in the impressive theatre or just relax beside one of the pools and immerse yourself in a good book.
tour image
Day 7
Mystery Island, Vanuatu
Today the Celebrity Solstice docks at Mystery Island, a tiny, uninhabited island 10 minuets away by boat from the big island called Aneityum situated off Vanuatu. Tiny Inyeug (Mystery) Island can be reached only by boats or plane and here you can take a leisurely stroll around the island for about 40 minutes seeing the incredibly beautiful conglomeration of pure white sand, palm trees and coral reefs making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
tour image
Day 8
Noumea
Another day, another island. Nouméa is the capital of the South Pacific archipelago and overseas French territory New Caledonia. Situated on the main island, Grand Terre, it's known for beaches and its blend of French and native Kanak influences. The Jean-Marie Tjibaou Cultural Centre showcases Kanak heritage, and the Musée de Nouvelle-Calédonie has exhibits from across the Pacific region. The Aquarium des Lagons introduces local marine life.
tour image
Day 9
At Sea
After your day moored at Noumea today the Celebrity Solstice begins its journey back to Sydney and you have a full day at sea to relax and soak up the sun. Treat yourself to a massage in the spa, enjoy the superb cuisine in the selection of top quality restaurants, join fellow passengers in some of the deck sports and games, attend a lecture of two, shop in the ship's boutiques and enjoy cool cocktails in the bars before an evening of top class entertainment in the main theatre.
tour image
Day 10
At Sea
The last of your full days at sea on the cruise so make the most of it as you sail back to Sydney. Have another pampering treatment in the state of the art spa, and tonight join friends and try a new dining experience in one of the restaurants, watch a Broadway-style show and possibly end the evening in the casino playing one of the traditional games or trying your luck with the slots. There is never a dull moment on board.

Day 11
Sydney
Today your wonderful cruise comes to an end when the Celebrity Solstice sails in to Sydney. Say farewell to new found friends then possibly stay on for a few day and see more of the sights before flying back home. Take a trip out to the Blue Mountains, visit some of the nearby wine lands, call in at the Olympic park, or just relax on one of the many beaches. If you are feeling brave try Sydney Bridge Climb when a guide will walk you to the top of the structure where you have amazing views.
