All worked well. Wheelchair facilities at LHR were good. However at Munich help was not forthcoming and from plane to baggage reclaim was something of an assault course. Lufthansa staff most unhelpful. However everything else worked fine.
Had a terrible experience with Lufthansa being put on standby and had our seating allocation messed up - but hotel was great.
Stevi is always very helpful and friendly and also provides an excellent service. She is always reliable and above all has managed to put together good deals for us! I would have no hesitation in using DialAFlight again or recommending it to anyone.

Everything was fine at the airport. Possibly an explanation about travelling with grandchildren and being unable to do online check- in. It wasn’t a problem though.
Munich airport a nightmare - not enough staff at immigration, fortunately had hand luggage. Terminal Two was torn up and had to go back to One for immigration and security. Very little air conditioning on one of the hottest weekends of the year. Just chaos. This for your info. Otherwise a great trip.

Outward Lufthansa flight a disaster. Flight cancelled, BA got me to Heathrow, after about 6 or 7 hours wait I got a Lufthansa flight to Munich. Arrived at hotel just before midnight. One small bottle of water and a small square of chocolate was Lufthansa's idea of nourishment. Hotel restaurant closed.

Thank you first all to Matthew for taking his time to help us out in a difficult situation. We were stuck in Munich due to cancellation of our confirmed flights. Matthew immediately rebooked the flight and we arrived home safe and sound.

We had a great holiday but the airline lost our luggage on the way out and the pilots went on strike for the return and hence we were stranded. We cannot say thank you enough to Jackson and Corrine who went above and beyond (including working late) to ensure we got home! Big, big thanks from the Price family!
