I would not use Singapore Airlines again. Their lounge in Singapore did not give me any feeling of luxury and their lounge at Gatwick was not good. I found the seating in business class somewhat uncomfortable. Etihad, on the other hand, really do look after you.
Louise was absolutely superb throughout the whole process. Extremely dedicated to our holiday and we will be sharing her contact and DialAFlight with our friends and family for future trips.

All flights and hotel vouchers as arranged - very good. The only flight that was not so good was a late afternoon flight from Ayres Rock to Melbourne. I arrived in the evening at Melbourne and a whole day was really hanging around.
