Not your fault but size of plane from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney and Sydney to Kuala Lumpur much smaller and very crowded.
Really happy with the flight timings which worked well also for people collecting us at either end.
Although DialAFlight service was exceptional, I won’t fly BA again any time soon. After disembarking from a 24 hour flight from Sydney our 6:35am connection from Heathrow to Manchester was cancelled. We were put on another flight at 9:30pm at night.
Professional yet friendly experience enjoyed once again!
