Flights were great (although no seat allocation wasn't ideal). Both hotels are fantastic (Park Royal is very family orientated - thank goodness for the adults pool). All in all, a great trip.
There is a reason I keep coming back to DialAFlight but this holiday exceeded expectations. Langkawi - what a place. Wayne did us proud. Truly the trip of a lifetime.
Singapore pick up was a bit hectic as we couldn't find our driver. It would he helpful to know that as soon as you come out of customs you are in the arrivals hall and need to turn to the left where the pick up drivers wait.
After some flight changes by BA just prior to our trip Aiden sorted every thing out and all went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

We were not expecting to have to pay for entertainment on a seven-hour flight on Fly Dubai, which offered very limited service in cramped conditions.
My only criticism is that the DAF team should have had better info about Singapore Airlines A380 business class seating, which is seriously awful and frankly a disgrace for the money.
We have been looked after by Kylie for over 25 years. Simple or complicated travel, she has always helped to craft our holidays beautifully

The visa entry form on arrival at Singapore is lengthy and not easy to complete on a phone. Why not advise clients in advance of the need to complete AND that it has to be completed every time you enter the country?
