The assistance at T3 on both the outward and return journeys was absolutely disgraceful. They lied to us, shuffled my wife between several wheelchairs to the point on both trips I took action and got a chair and took my wife to the gate and to passport control myself. An absolute disgrace.

Disembarked cruise 9am, flight home 5pm. Could have done with less gap. Also, Fort Lauderdale hotel not greatest and would have been better in centre of FL not near cruise terminal
