We were badly let down by Cathay Pacific on our homeward trip, with a delay of 36 hours. There were no Cathay ground staff at Auckland airport to assist when our plane was cancelled on the tarmac.
Everything went very smoothly. We were impressed with Roger who was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and not pushy allowing us time to consider all our options and ensure we chose the right ones. Would not hesitate to recommend, thank you

Finley, Marco and the team were all so helpful during the planning and organising of our honeymoon. The emergency contact team were also very pleasant and friendly when we had to make some adjustments due to adverse weather! It's so much of a relief knowing that someone is on the other end of the line to speak to and I don't need to speak to a robot or wait on an email response.
Andy was excellent when my flight was cancelled due to the HKG typhoon. Made me very glad I had used DAF and not booked direct with the airline or on some faceless website.
Seating arrangements could be better, particularly the Singapore - Heathrow flight, as there were several empty seats, and we needed more legroom. Singapore Airways food was poor.
Auckland to Dubai cabin crew not up to the usual Emirates standard.
