We had a 9 flight itinerary on a 6 week holiday We asked for connection times no shorter than two hours and got them - every flight was on time no delays. We reserved seats at online check in paying for the long haul flight seats and that worked out. Will definitely use DialAFlight again

Very disappointed we couldn’t book seats in Premium economy in Qantas. Also had a very long delay on the way home for which Qantas did not apologise, give a reason or offer food vouchers. All DialAFlight staff I spoke to were efficient and friendly
