Brilliant service
The time to transfer from Heathrow 4 to 5 (and vice versa) meant it was very tight. Not helped by Malaysian Airlines telling me I couldn’t check in luggage to Manchester and would need to collect in Heathrow. And then checking it through so I was waiting for luggage that never arrived! Made it both ways, but was tight.
Always super responsive, patient and great support when airlines change times!

Glen Blackburn was extremely helpful in regard to this trip. Definitely recommend to all.
As requested I had 1.5hrs - 2hrs for plane changes at Dubai. I feel this should be recommended as the airport is enormous and if your inbound is late and stays on the tarmac after landing 1hr to change planes is going to very stressful and you could miss the connection.
Having booked through this company gave us reassurance that we had someone to turn to if needed when we so far away from home
