Been using DialAFlight for about 10 years, and mostly speak to the same adviser Sophie who always provides a great customer service. She and her team are very friendly and thorough and it's lovely that they call the week before we fly wishing us a happy holiday.

I suggest that you think very carefully about recommending Air Transat to your clients or, at the very least, you should be giving a 'health warning'! It maybe cheap but 9+ hours in that environment is pretty tough.

Zayne got me a great deal on my flight without pushing for a sale. Tried other websites but they couldn’t beat the prices. Itinerary was sent through straight away and they messaged a few days later to make sure everything was OK. Would definitely use them again
Carter (as always) was great in arranging our holiday. My only comment is that, compared to our other hotels, the hotel in Montreal (Versailles) was small and had no lift or bar. The room was tiny, almost "pokey". I cannot understand how they are four-star labelled! This was our only disappointment.

Heathrow service was very poor. I was told to go to terminal 2 and upon reaching terminal 2 was told I should be in terminal 3. If I was not able to walk then it would be a problem.
The other thing was Rouge air Canada did not have movie monitor, one has to download the air Canada app before flight which I was not aware of. So it would be good to tell your customers about this.

All the hotels we had booked for us were so nice. The trip went very smoothly and everything was very good. The cruise and the Rocky Mountaneer were so nice and the people we met were very friendly.
The hotel in Kamloops was fine other than on the first morning when they were very slow in replenishing all of the food for breakfast. When busy a hotel should have enough staff to cover to ensure this does not happen.
