Everything that you did was fine. Although we won't be flying with British Airways again due to issue on outward and return flights.
Flights & transfers all went as scheduled, with a few delays and gate changes. I did arrive early as none of the airline apps or DialAFlight app would let me check-in online. That could be an issue if time was tight. Overall a good trip, thank you

Some hidden costs which were not expected (hotel charging for amenities and one way car drop off fee). The hotels we stayed in were lovely though and Alamo car hire very good. Avis car hire in Canada was more chaotic. Overall we had a lovely holiday.

Considering we purchased business class tickets the experience was disappointing!
More help with arranging transport from Calgary airport to Banff would have been helpful. Chelsea hotel in Toronto was ok but the family room was deficient in certain ways eg, shower was difficult to operate, toilet not so good, room was basic, no water bottles provided

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Micky. I would highly recommend him. There were absolutely no issues before leaving, during my holiday and before leaving to comehome.
