All went to plan and a great holiday
Sean has been fantastic. Great choices and advice.
Full on trip but so good it's hard to put into words and the photos just don't do it justice. Highly recommend DAF especially Colin and the team who sorted everything for us
As usual everything worked out well
Air Canada is not the best airline we've used but then not the worst either. The hotels were of a very good standard but because of the season, Sun Peaks was quite deserted and felt isolated. The hotel in Jasper lacked a restaurant. This was balanced by the amazing hotel in Calgary. Overall we had a wonderful holiday making many new acquaintances and enjoying new experiences. Thanks to Fraser for organising our time so thoughtfully.
As always, Harry helped us create a great holiday which was hassle free. We just turn up to enjoy it. Always use him as it makes for a more personal holiday
Cannot thank Russell and his team enough for assisting me with the original booking and every question I had up until departure!
You are difficult to fault. Kitty Rimmel was magnificent.
Another wonderful holiday booked through DialAflight and especially Darryll, who found us flights that all connected perfectly. I know we can book online but I feel confident that DialAFlight finds the best deals and you can actually speak to a person very quickly. So reassuring. Thank you
A bit more information on hotel's parking charges would be useful. IDPs were not needed.
We were not too happy with the service from Air Canada and the transit time in Vancouver on our return journey was so short that we had to rush to board the plane back to Heathrow.
Arrival at LHR T5 where Assistance had been requested, was not good. Organised chaos? BA (or whoever) need to address this.
Customer service at its best!
Just carry on doing what you do
I’d thought DialAFlight would work out more expensive than booking my flights directly with the airline, but they came up with a very reasonable price. So it was really reassuring to have the support of an agent in dealing with the details of the journey.
You gave that extra care. Thank you
Always perfect and excellent service
Won’t go anywhere else. DialAFlight service is first class and friendly. A great combination and differentiator these days
Our snowboarding trip to Whistler didn't work out quite as planned as the weather gods decided not to snow on us! The flight and everything organised by Jerry worked perfectly! Good job and onto the next adventure..
Everything went to plan, will definitely recommend and use DialAFlight again!
Entire trip went extremely well - Air Canada flights and Hertz car rental all went smoothly. Thanks to Joseph for sourcing the best deals for me.
First flight home delayed 2 hours. Second flight home delayed 1 hour. Would certainly fly premium economy again with Air Canada.
Keep doing what you're doing!
Very good service, thank you.
All very helpful
I'm a faithful customer. I have used your services often and will continue to do so
90% of the time I book through Amy and she's fabulous.
Saf great as usual
Thank you so very much Ian and DialAFlight. You were so helpful. It took all the pressure of booking the flight and travelling off my shoulders - one itinerary email from you was so much appreciated instead of lots of contact from the airline.
Kennedy, thank you, everything worked as planned - which is why I come back to you every time
