Perfect service
Excellent service as always. Bradley Edy first class agent. Would definitely recommend
Every detail was perfect
Really appreciate the politeness and friendliness.
Only downside of our recent trip to Canada was that we could not pre-book our seats in Premium Economy on our KLM flight out to Vancouver - despite Oliver’s best efforts to sort on our behalf. Everything else ran like clockwork. Would not use another service for booking transatlantic flights. Thank you!
We didn’t get Halal meals. I had requested seats in the front row with plenty of leg room but we were allocated seats in the third row. Long delays at Vancouver airport hence missed the connecting flight to Manchester.
Outstanding service as always by Marshall - many thanks
Thanks to Bobby, great organisation as always resulting in a seamless trip.
Thoughtful, helpful and reliable at all times.
As always Daniel delivered an excellent package for us, all went smoothly from start to finish
Everything went according to plan as always. We have 100% faith in our travel manager Ethan Fell. It is so reassuring knowing if we encounter any problems during our holiday he is only a call away.
Lucas did an excellent job making sure our wishes were realised and gave appropriate advice. I have already recommended him to friends. His assistance with our Alaskan cruise holiday was invaluable
Our holiday was very well organised and the communication was great. The price, compared to other travel agents, was very competitive.
All went well thanks.
As always, wonderful service. Many thanks.
Seamless. Very good
Great pre journey contact and advice from Gary and colleagues. Everything was absolutely spot on and we loved it. So many thanks from us!
The service and follow up was excellent.
The home pick up is first class! Definitely can recommend
As always Bobby was brilliant. Thanks very much.
Achieved exactly what I needed. However, if I ever finish up on Lufthansa again I will not be so generous. They make Easyjet look good.
We were unhappy about the seating all three of us were in different rows.
A fantastic holiday that was put together with the excellent support and knowledge of Gordon.
Good service....will use again.
Many thanks for prompt responses. Very reassuring.
Excellent service as usual!
Superb service from first contact to last. George Burke did a great job for us.
Sarah did a fantastic job organising everything. It was an amazing trip!
Samuel helped out when we had problems in Canada - getting us back home without hassle. He was really helpful.
Great service, thank you Gino, have booked with you before and will book with you again in the future
