Kylie was brilliant in rearranging my flight after cancellation by Air Canada
Leo was the perfect fit to help plan our trip to Canada and dealt with any changes we made as our planning progressed. We would recommend DialAFlight
Michelle booked our trip and she was absolutely brilliant - as was the trip! She'd been on a similar trip and her knowledge of the route, timings, things to do were excellent. After our initial chat about what we wanted she came up with an itinerary super quick. Michelle and the team were on hand with answers throughout and the service from everyone was faultless. Brilliant service all round and we would highly recommend
Billy Gardner is 1st class
Excellent service, thank you.
Delighted with everything Roy booked for me. Will definitely use DialAFlight again. Thank you
Ellis, as usual, was brilliant
Didn't realise we needed to book seats until it was too late for the first flight. Could have done with a heads up on this earlier.
Hertz were most unhelpful. We asked if we could have sat nav but only if we upgraded the car. Also the room the Best Western in Calgary said a pet friendly room had been booked and they wanted $20 more to give us a standard room ... they got told in no uncertain terms to shove it .
Used numerous times. Always keep in touch. Made to feel like friends.
If you are booking any clients into The Sunrise Ridge Resort in Parksville, we would strongly recommend not reserving a studio room. These rooms are very small but also don’t have an external window, the only window is into a corridor so the blind cannot be opened which makes the room very dark. We paid $50 to upgrade to a one bedroom suite for the night which was very light and spacious with a large balcony.
Yet another great trip organised by Trevor at DialAFlight. Thank you so much.
All went well although I wouldn't recommend the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. Close to ambulance station so disturbed each night by sirens.
Very happy. Only error sending us to wrong terminal at Heathrow
Philippa was excellent, always available and very helpful
Our travel manager Charlie Miles was very professional, helpful, efficient and friendly
Jamie did a great job with the itinerary we wanted and handled Air Canada's cancellation of our first flight segment very well. The hotels he chose for us were in excellent locations and we had very decent rooms
Jed did a great job organising our trip to Canada, with a cruise around Alaska - everything worked very well
As always another seamless holiday
Detailed feedback will be sent to Jack. Air Canada was excellent.
Everything from DialAFlight was efficient. We had trouble checking in via the app on all flights which was annoying
Good, responsive, 'on it'. Just the check-in procedure was a mess
Everything was as advertised and promised. Thank you.
Hotels were really good choices
Roger Smith is THE BEST!
Excellent service
Tony Judge is excellent.
All good. Thank you Arthur.
Seamless journey, thank you Graham
Very comforting to know you're there.

Day 2 Banff
The full day is at leisure to discover what one of Canada’s most famous mountain resort towns has to offer. Perhaps arrange a wildlife tour to view one of the many unique large animals in their natural environments, or consider a guided hike along the myriad of trails that depart either from the town, or from the nearby trailheads along the highway. Overnight in Banff.
Day 3 Jasper and the Columbian Icefields
Enjoy more breathtaking scenery as you continue along the famous Icefields Parkway to the dramatic Columbia Icefield. Here you'll take a ride on the specially designed Ice Explorer, out onto the ancient Athabasca Glacier. You'll also visit Peyto and Bow Lakes and the Crowfoot Glacier.
Day 4 Jasper
You have the whole day at leisure today to explore the city of Jasper and the National Park which surrounds it. You may choose to take an adrenaline-fuelled rafting trip down the Athabasca River, or take a tour of the park in a motorcycle sidecar.

You'll return to Vancouver in the early evening, where you'll again stay overnight.
Day 8 Vancouver
Your adventure reaches its end today, as you independently transfer to Vancouver International Airport for your flight home.
