The hotel room could have been better. Lots of mechanical noise from outside the window and hardly any room to store clothes.

Worth updating customers that internal flights from JFK at some terminals require arriving full 3 hours before, because of volume of international passengers rammed in the security queue. Only just made it to the gate!

Don’t recommend the Sheraton for 3 people. The double beds were tiny however they did give us an accessible room with more bed space. Staff very disinterested but trip otherwise was great.

Hyatt Grand Central Hotel New York check in was a nightmare because of lack of staff but then great. BA ‘Cattle Class’ was dreadful with average/minus food.
Billy Gardiner was excellent - he gave us a great deal, communicated with us throughout and offered excellent advice
