Our holiday was excellent. Adam arranged everything for us, kept us up to date with entry requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. A small hiccup in San Francisco but Adam replied to our email immediately and sorted everything out.

Malcolm was excellent at a very difficult time. My wife had been on a holiday cruise with her girlfriends and was taken into hospital in San Francisco. Malcolm sorted my flight options to fit with her return and the hotels which were brilliant. The Cruise line were truly awful with their customer care and Malcolm went above and beyond to try and help me further whist I was in the USA. Nothing was too much trouble and his efforts were much appreciated
