As always you were fantastic organisng my trip Noah. Unfortunately Virgin Airlines was a terrible experience. We had to return to San Francisco 4 hours into our flight due to fire at Heathrow airport causing it to close. We were told we would have to find out own taxi and accommadation and were expected to look after ourselves.
