As always you were fantastic organisng my trip Noah. Unfortunately Virgin Airlines was a terrible experience. We had to return to San Francisco 4 hours into our flight due to fire at Heathrow airport causing it to close. We were told we would have to find out own taxi and accommadation and were expected to look after ourselves.
Not impressed with BA flight
Emily has been excellent throughout especially with the extra challenge of having a baby. And knowing there was someone available 24/7 during the journey if we needed them was such a bonus! Thank you!

Assistance made sure that we made our flight from Amsterdam to San Francisco as there was a very quick turnaround. However, it was too quick for the luggage which didn’t arrive until the next day.

Excellent service from DialAFlight day before our departure when issues with flight. Dollar car hire very disappointing. Poor service in San Francisco office, huge wait, car not ready.
The only disappointing thing is that our party couldn’t sit together on the outward journey.
