If you require airport assistance then you will not be able to purchase extra legroom by the emergency exit doors. Seniors may require more support for completing online visa applications - we only just made it through check in because we had made an error with this. Phoned for help but still found the whole process very stressful

Roger was excellent. He planned our flight itinerary to New Zealand via Singapore and return via Dunedin and Singapore. Roger response quickly to all our questions, as did the staff when he was away. Would definitely recommend DialAFlight to friends/family and use next time we travel.

Everything went well and both hotels were suitable. Rydges especially as it's more a business hotel with good breakfast and cheaper drinks during happy hour! At Auckland airport it took over three hours to get airside. So the flight missed most people's connections. Qatar ground staff in Doha were very efficient and provided a superb service for two weary travellers. The
Elizabeth did a great job in supporting us on our year long journey to New Zealand and Australia. Things didn't go quite as planned but Elizabeth managed to sort everything out for us. We had an amazing time, we can highly recommend Australia and don't believe all you see and hear - the most dangerous thing we found were the kangaroos.

The PNR does not carry thru to a the second airline on a 2 flight trip so they always issue their own which we then have to identify.Be great if DAF provided them both at the outset.
Pity the booking was through Air New Zealand who are virtually unobtainable to talk to. Worse than BA. I left a hand bag on the inward flight with hearing aids inside and ANZ found the bag which we collected from Auckland Airport only to find they had lost an earpiece! How?
