Tristan and Jerry were great as usual in supporting and arranging our holiday plans with a last minute change.

Richard Stumpf went above and beyond his usual high level of service when he came to our rescue. We needed help when away on our vacation. He and DialAFlight completely transformed our time away and we had a marvellous holiday!

Michelle is a brilliant agent and really goes above and beyond to make our holidays great.

Only problem that I encountered was with the transfer from the airport to the hotel not being at the designated pick up point so I had to arrange my own transfer via a metered taxi. I also arranged my own transfer from the hotel back to the airport at my preferred earlier time. Overall the holiday was excellent and I will be using DialAFlight for any future holidays.
