Alfie sorted out a lovely hotel for me in Puerto de Cruz....it was in a super location. The hotel did not provide any food but the area had loads of bars and cafes. The hotel in Costa Adeje was where I stayed last year and its location is also fantastic and the staff there are really lovely and helpful.

Very good appointment of the apartment over looking the sea. Hotel food not as good as last year and the villas are in need of refurbishment which they are doing.

The food in the hotel was absolutely great. Such a huge range ro choose from. The drinks were very disappointing for an all inclusive, only local brands which tasted horrible and cheap. The only decent drink was their Sangria.
Noah was very helpful and knowledgeable
I had issues when checking in online to allow our group of four to sit together.
From first phone call to every arrangement requested. Everything happened perfectly with Sean and Oliver guiding the process. Thank you for making it happen and giving me assurance when concerned, you are brilliant!
