Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
We all six had a fabulous time, thank you for organising it all, Leo.
Good to know there would be someone to talk to if necessary.
Kylie is an amazing travel manager - always goes the extra yards
I appreciated the final confirmation phone call from you the day before travel. I will definitely be using you again.
As always everything went according to plan and the hotel recommended was superb
DialAFlight arrangements great. Hotel OK. Accommodation great. Lounge resort fab. Individual staff lovely. Poor restaurant booking service
Every thing went perfectly!
Flights very good. Information prior to flights good. Straightforward and provided what was required.
UK's best travel agent
So good to speak to real people! Have used you before and will do so again
Very helpful
As always the whole experience was made so easy and stress free
The booking and follow up flight details went according to plan and no problems
Joey Verner was excellent. I was concerned my daughter going away without me. He made me feel at ease and reassured me that all would run smoothly. It was perfect she had an amazing time. Transfers were on time, hotel was great value. I also felt happy having a 24 hour emergency phone number which gets answered by a real person if needed and not just a robot. Overall fantastic I wouldn't book a holiday with anyone else.
1st class! Have recommended Manny on several occasions.
Happy with service. Thank you
Used you for years - always great help
I would always use DialAFlight
As always, great service from Isaac.
Only negative was the transfer as the minicab was old and we got stopped by police on entry into the airport. When the police finally let us through the driver dropped us at the other side of the terminal to the check in
Jack Sulliman looked after us in the most patient of ways .... my mother aged 90 and myself. We had a wonderful holiday and it's a huge thank you to DialAFlight and Jack.
Did not enjoy easyjet flights
Thanks Sean. Another excellent holiday.
Recommended hotel was way above what we expected. Thanks again Les
This is the second holiday planned for us by Chloe. As with the first, everything was spot on and we now can’t wait for our next holiday in June.
Thank you for a good recommendation
Everything ran like clockwork
Can't think of any ways of improving - already excellent
Easyjet have zero customer service at Tenerife airport. My flight was delayed by nearly 8 hours and we were treated abysmally by the very few easyjet staff that did eventually appear. Appalling lack of customer relation skills displayed by this company.
We have no hesitation in using DialAFlight. Guy Foskin has provided us with excellent advice and information. He was extremely helpful throughout the booking process resulting in a great holiday.
