Kirsty was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for her. Any queries were dealt with promptly and sorted, such as organising a welcome pack at the villa we were staying in. She even checked us in for our return journey home. Honestly, the service from DialAFlight was fantastic.

It looks as though the hotel misled DialAFlight when they said we would have a bath and a terrace.

Excellent performance. Leah Jessop was courteous, patient & very efficient. We can’t thank her enough as she went above & beyond by arranging with the hotel in Lanzarote to return a wedding ring that had been left in the bathroom. Brilliant service and we will certainly use DialAFlight in future
