Outward Lufthansa flight a disaster. Flight cancelled, BA got me to Heathrow, after about 6 or 7 hours wait I got a Lufthansa flight to Munich. Arrived at hotel just before midnight. One small bottle of water and a small square of chocolate was Lufthansa's idea of nourishment. Hotel restaurant closed.

Never fails to give excellent service
DialAFlight was fine but British Airways was awful. Both times they made me check my carry-on baggage. This is the first time I've tried carry on and it was a waste of time.
Thank you first all to Matthew for taking his time to help us out in a difficult situation. We were stuck in Munich due to cancellation of our confirmed flights. Matthew immediately rebooked the flight and we arrived home safe and sound.

Our BA flight back from Berlin was cancelled by BA via a text message sent at 6 am local time. Within 15 minutes the DialAFlight team had contacted us and we spoke to the emergency contact. She had us booked on a BA flight the next day in no time at all. Rebecca Wilkie contacted us to check all other arrangements for our unscheduled extra night stay were in place and advised us on what we could claim from BA.
