Once again our return journey was affected by forces beyond our control - an Autobahn accident resulted in a one hour delay and us missing our flight home. We took two flights to get back but when we did we found our luggage was still in Dusseldorf
My problem was sorted with speed efficiency and politeness

The trip to Stuttgart went well. The airport is small but very slick in immigration. There is no difference between EU and other passports and all the kiosks were manned and queues were short. The Wyndham Hotel at the airport is likewise very good – comfortable, very nearby (400m) and reasonably priced.
Sadly BA let us down. Late departure and food was not available even for sale. The pilot and crew were embarrassed. Please don't put me on another BA flight!
Great help and easy to talk to. And need a trip now to Krakow.
Avoid Birmingham International Airport if you can. It is simply dreadful.

Despite my high rating our trip was marred by poor signage at Amsterdam airport and our plane being two hours late, necessitating an overnight stay (paid for by KLM).
Perfect hHotel and central for all activities
All worked well. Wheelchair facilities at LHR were good. However at Munich help was not forthcoming and from plane to baggage reclaim was something of an assault course. Lufthansa staff most unhelpful. However everything else worked fine.

All our hotels were is perfect locations. When I needed to call the office I got straight through and the issue was resolved straight away.
Had a terrible experience with Lufthansa being put on standby and had our seating allocation messed up - but hotel was great.
Stevi is always very helpful and friendly and also provides an excellent service. She is always reliable and above all has managed to put together good deals for us! I would have no hesitation in using DialAFlight again or recommending it to anyone.

Everything was fine at the airport. Possibly an explanation about travelling with grandchildren and being unable to do online check- in. It wasn’t a problem though.

Munich airport a nightmare - not enough staff at immigration, fortunately had hand luggage. Terminal Two was torn up and had to go back to One for immigration and security. Very little air conditioning on one of the hottest weekends of the year. Just chaos. This for your info. Otherwise a great trip.
