Slight hassle with the taxi transfers to and from the airport. After a few messages, and a phone call from our hotel to our driver for the return journey, it all resolved itself.
It was great to have email communications as the date of travel was near and also to have telephone numbers where I could ring and speak to someone immediately. Great all round - thank you Ivor
French passport control a TOTAL nightmare. EU queue of about 20 people. Non-EU queue about 5,000 people. Only found out afterwards that as one of us still has an EU passport we could both have gone through the much smaller queue! You might want to let your customers know about that.

Everything was OK apart from the company Hoppa Go which you guys provided us to pick us up from the Paris airport and take us to our hotel did not show up and we had to pay for our own taxi to take us to the hotel..thay was disappointing.
