You were brilliant as usual and I will continue to recommend you to my friends and colleagues. But do note that the service on American Airlines was awful: my video screen didn't work, others told me that some of the (best) movies on the screens that worked didn't load, the food was awful and both dinner options had chilli (which I couldn't eat)

There would be 2 suggestions I would make 1. Buy any duty free items on outward journey as on my return the duty free shop at Ontario was closed until evening and no time in Atlanta due to Rapid connection. 2. If qualify to request wheelchair service on rapid connection request one.
