Lounge at LHR very good. No permission to use lounge at Boston on return journey - would not have been a problem except all seating in waiting area freezing from air conditioning. Needed whisky on plane to revive! Billy Gardner excellent and always available for questions from nervous elderly flyer..

I’m happy I could get checked in at airports during my plane journeys as I have difficulty to do that online.
Dismayed with the airline - we had numerous flight time changes. We were meeting and travelling with family members at our destination and on the return journey - not good enough from Delta. DialAFlight personnel were excellent

One flight was described as a touchdown at Charlotte but we had to get off and change planes in the end which was a rush. BA also wouldn't let us login online either which was a nuisance.

The flight from Dublin to Leeds was cancelled due to bad weather - no one's fault - and we were put up in a lovely hotel and were given a hot meal and breakfast. The hotel staff were great, the Aue Lingus staff were very unhelpful and caused a lot of unnecessary distress for a lot of people. We were given a voucher for a hot drink but the staff rebooking our flights and directions to the hotel were sadly lacking and service ethic
Having the mobile app is a real big bonus / help. Able to see itinerary and any flight time changes easily.

It would be helpful if the final itinerary included any additional charges we should expect on arrival, eg resort/destination fees so that is front of mind. Also, Hyatt Grand Central charged a fee for each bag we left with them on the day of departure.
I enjoyed most of my recommended stops, however, one of my stops was in Natchez, there wasn’t much to this town at all. Apart from the river and a couple of buildings, I wouldn’t recommend this as a stop point. But I should have researched my stops more.
Whilst the booking document references the potential for toll fees & additional fees being added when picking up the car, it would have been good to be guided through this as a younger traveller with it being my first experience of hiring a car. It caught me off guard a bit when I got to the desk. But once again, the booking confirmation did state this, it’s my responsibility to read and prepare but the extra level of service to be guided through this on a phone would have been appreciated.
