There was a problem getting better connecting flights between Krabi and Bangkok - it couldn’t be done from London apparently but it was no problem at all doing it locally!
Excellent advice and support when faced with delay on motorway due to an accident which meant potentially missing our flight.

Rosie was with us every step of the way planning our trip. We had several hotels and six flights, so it was quite complicated. Her knowledge, advice and professionalism was very reassuring.
