Malaysian airline wheelchair assist are deserving of praise from pick up, ferrying around a huge, very busy and much changed airport, delivery to hotel, pick up next morning and check in were all so efficient and stress free. When Qatar Airways cancelled our flights we contacted Lloyd, our DAF travel manager, who seemed to be awake at all hours to rearrange flights home. He worked tirelessly and kept researching options until he found a route which meant we arrived home only a day later than originally scheduled. It was very comforting knowing that we had Lloyd looking out for us and seemingly being on the case at all hours. Thank you .. a job well done!
