Jacob always delivers. Everything was organised perfectly and the whole trip was amazing.
Though we had a problem on arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, it was promptly sorted out by Curtis Kriton and the money was refunded on our return.
From booking to receiving information was easy and hassle free. Got just what we asked for and our holiday was complete. Staff were very helpful
Connie as usual was brilliant. She gave me a call just before I was ready to fly and just as well she did as she told me that I needed a visa whereas I had read on the internet that it wasn’t necessary.

Flight cancelled at 8 hours notice and rerouted via Turkish Airlines which lead to our baggage arriving 5 days later. Not your problem though.
Portswood Hotel in Cape Town - avoid rooms on Mezzanine Floor especially Room 203 as you can hear canned music in lobby. Complained and problem solved. Otherwise hotel good value

For connecting KLM flights hold luggage does not need to be collected between flights. Our stopover hotel was further from the airport than expected, would have preferred a hotel closer to the terminal.
