Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Very helpful with the last minute booking, fortunately no extra help was required.
Excellent service from Dominic as usual
Dominic was extremely helpful and efficient -would not hesitate to recommend
Great service - Billy was brilliant and kept in touch. Would highly recommend and will be using again
Thanks for all your support and keeping in touch as we progressed through our journey. The only feedback is the transfer time in Amsterdam on the outward journey was too tight. In the end we had 10 mins transfer time, because of a plane fault. Given LBA as the starting point which is a tricky airport in terms of weather I would always leave two hours transfer for an onwards longhaul at AMS
Fraser was perfect as always. Will continue to use DialAFlight when i next travel
Thanks Jerry. 5 stars
Terrific service from Joey and team. Best business class flight booking team we have used. Very prompt with extra queries and very helpful. Will definitely use again.
Always such a great service, from initial advice on flights, through to willing trouble-shooting when needed. Highly recommend.
Overall very good service. I think at time of booking or nearer time of check in you should have booked our meals and seats. You did it at our request as Kenya Airlines is not the easiest. So thank you
Any changes to flights, of which there were a few, were swiftly communicated to me with solutions. Communication was extremely good by email and by phone. There was also excellent liaison with our agent at Natural High. I would absolutely recommend you without hesitation
Nicole is excellent always
Outstanding service from Des as usual
Always use DialAFlight. Calvin was amazing - he arranged transfers and a last minute overnight stay and is always a pleasure to deal with. Holiday was perfect
Couldn’t recommend Greg more. Unbelievably good at his job, wouldn’t deal with anyone else!
Molly Smith arranged my trip so well. She arranged for people to meet me every step of the way and made certain I knew who I could contact in case of problems. As a 72-year-old solo woman travelling to a country that had recently seen some political unrest, I never once felt in a vulnerable position. I will have Molly on speed dial for my next big adventure!
Gareth was excellent organising our holiday and flights and kept us informed all the way. Thank you.
Karl is awesome
When our return flight arrangements were changed at the last minute, there was a chance we’d miss our connection back to London. Raj stepped in and sorted new flights to ensure we got home safely. We’ve used DialAFlight for many years due to their excellent service and great prices! Highly recommended!
Excellent communication from Hannah. Very impressed! Everything on our 4 flights worked well. Like the app too.
Marty was amazing, super efficient, professional and my trip was seamless. Thank you!
An awesome holiday thank you. Everything ran smoothly, the accommodation and activities were fabulous.
I needed to fly into one location and back from another and was struggling to do this myself. Leah was knowledgeable and helpful, giving me all the different options and helping me find the perfect flights. I was very impressed with the service
We had an amazing trip from start to finish. As soon as we arrived in Tanzania the whole trip was brilliantly ordered. Thank you Darryll!
Brilliant - will use again 100%
I had the wheelchair service all the way through which made my travel very comfortable and that's the reason I will always book my travels with you.
Great trip, thanks Tristan
Billy Gardner was in constant contact when our flights were delayed and cancelled. He ensured that alternative flights were organised so we made the connection for our safari! I previously thought I could make bookings myself more cheaply so I was pleasantly surprised when you actually came out at exactly the same cost and in some instances cheaper
Karl has been organising our trips for over 8 years and never disappoints. Really happy to have DialAFlight organising our travels.
Just excellent all round, many thanks
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
