Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
We should have been told that at major points of entry to Tanzania you can get a visa on arrival. Rather than the long procvess of getting an online visa.
It would have been helpful to get more information about the trek. We received some great info by Altezza - but only upon arrival.
Great service, thank you
Everything worked perfectly thank you
As always Theo my travel manager was always there for me right throughout my 19 days of travel through 4 countries. Thank you Theo
Dale was extremely helpful and friendly.
Brody was fabulous, really responsive and provided the personal touch.
Connection on outward journey a bit hairy,
Excellent service as always
Great help at the airports
Gavin put together an amazing holiday for us, we will definitely be booking with him again.
Thank Nicky for organising ihe flights for us again
From your side all went to plan. But were very disappointed with the flight from London to Nairobi. Poor food. Indifferent service. On the return the flight was delayed by 3 hrs
Very straightforward with no issues
Lucy McNab was excellent!
Excellent service as always
Marie my travel manager was superb from start to finish, she made sure my trip was life changing and I have her to thank for everything. She was always there when I needed her.
Alway provide excellent service.
Only one small thing that we didn’t foresee when booking was the rainy season. And the hotel Serena is not good for a 14 day stay - four or five days max.
Eve was brilliant. We have booked many flights with DialAFlight and always asked for the same travel consultant. She knows what I want when looking for a holiday. Absolutely brilliant customer service and support 24/7
We ‘touched down’ at Kilimanjaro - I thought it would be brief but it took two hours! A long journey
Seamless transfers, another great experience from DialAFlight
Fantastic personal experience
Tommy did it again. Amazing trip and absolutely faultless.
A very good trip planned by Marco and Joey. Would use DialAFlight again, thoroughly recommend
Another excellent trip. Well organised and helpful every step of the way.
Great to discover you! Will use again
Chris Coulter has been very helpful from the beginning to the time we were due to depart
We’ve worked with Jonathan for over 20 years and always come back to him, which says it all.
Great service as always - quite a complicated schedule to organise and as always, Billy was fantastic! Many thanks.
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
