Always very pleased with your service - will definitely use again
The most important quality of a travel agent is working with one that understands your needs. Lucas does and that’s why we have such successful and enjoyable trips
Harvey Edwards was excellent from start to finish.
All arrangements via Conrad worked perfectly. Excellent service - just as it used to be
Amazing service from DialAFlight as per usual. Professional staff, always willing to help no matter what I needed. Special mention to Teddy Ramage for always making sure everything works out for my Mum’s flights. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a friendly, quick and efficient travel agent.
Will use again and planning next trip. Les is great
Vinnie is a star and we are already thinking about our next trip through DialAFlight …..
Excellent service - kept in touch right until we got on the plane after a 2 year wait.
The VIP service on arrival for visas, pick-up was excellent
We had an issue at Doha airport and Wayne was on point to deal with and authorise alternative arrangements.
Great flight and brilliant assistance throughout by Manny.
All timings worked out fine and both airlines I travelled with were efficient and pleasant
Matilda was brilliant
I wouldn’t use Fly Dubai again - limited seat space and had to pay for tv and snacks/drinks which I thought was poor on a long flight. Emirates were excellent.
Excellent service - very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
Very helpful and informative service.
As always, thanks to Raj and the team. I continue to recommend DialAFlight to friends and family - there’s at least 50 people using DialAFlight as a result!
Stafford is a top man. Helped every step of the way. Been with DialAFlight for years. Always been accurate and delivered
Roger was fantastic - professional, friendly, efficient. He even called us a couple of days before we were due to fly to confirm that the flights were on schedule and we were good to go.
So much easier than trying to book online oneself. Telephone response is always immediate. I will look no further than DialAFlight for future trips abroad. Particular thanks to Harrison.
I have already recommended you to my friends and family.
Monika is excellent. Will definitely use her services again.
Brilliant service with a smile and very, very helpful Monica Jain who understands the needs of her clients.
All the flights worked like clockwork.
Joe is brilliant at finding the best flights and his endless knowledge is baffling sometimes. For every holiday, long or short haul I don't look anywhere else. I thoroughly recommend Zanzibar if you are thinking of where to go away! Didn't even cross my mind until Joe mentioned it.
Fantastic customer service as always
Reliable and friendly service as always
Great service as always
Thank you Adele for an amazing holiday. Leopard tours were exceptionally efficient and helpful and the places booked also exceeded expectations; we were treated like royalty at Acacia coffee lodge and couldn't recommend it more highly.
Always at the end of the phone to help and answer any queries especially in the recent taxing times
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
