Finley, Marco and the team were all so helpful during the planning and organising of our honeymoon. The emergency contact team were also very pleasant and friendly when we had to make some adjustments due to adverse weather! It's so much of a relief knowing that someone is on the other end of the line to speak to and I don't need to speak to a robot or wait on an email response.

Seating arrangements could be better, particularly the Singapore - Heathrow flight, as there were several empty seats, and we needed more legroom. Singapore Airways food was poor.
