Lucas, our travel manager was an absolute star - so helpful and knowledgeable.
Des Wing came up with a great deal for my holiday. I liked the regular emails to check in and also the personal call prior to the trip to make sure everything was OK. Flights were perfect, United were great, the app and regular notifications were spot on, everything went smoothly and the overall service was fantastic.
