As always Thomas found us just what we wanted - great holiday in Dubai
Many thanks to Natasha Hawkins who gave us brilliant advice and followed though on our holiday in Dubai. We had a wonderful time and will certainly recommend your excellent and friendly service
Orlando and his team were exemplary
Katie Wallis was fantastic. She found us the best deal, changed our flights to accommodate our baby's sleep routine and kept us updated with any changes. We didn't have to do a thing. Would definitely recommend and would use her again.
We will definitely go back to Dubai and book with you
Excellent service from Reggie - very helpful and put himself out for us.
We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in Dubai, all thanks to Ian at DialAFlight. Every time we book with him, he ensures we get exactly what we’re looking for, from flights to accommodation. He is incredibly helpful, attentive and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ve recommended him to friends and family because he never lets us down. If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable travel agent, Ian is the one to call!
Five stars for service
Charlie is fantastic - been dealing with you for over 20 years and cannot praise him and the company enough. You have our business for life
All great - thanks to Freddie once again
From the time we arrived at Amman airport. a member of the travel company was waiting for us at customs who dealt with the visas very efficiently. The driver and guide were very helpful and supported my husband as he has disability walking. The hotels were very good especially Holiday Inn was excellent. Leo at DialAFlight was excellent at organising this private holiday for three of us taking our needs into account. Well done and thank you
Everything was what we expected from DialAFlight! Perfect trip to Cairo then onto Aswan via the Nile. Everything was as told to us by Conrad!
Outstanding service particularly when the flight was cancelled and an alternative flight was not acceptable. DialAFlight came to the rescue at 0200 hours and sorted the situation quickly and efficiently.
Excellent, speedy, efficient and attentive service although I'm not 100% convinced I ended up with the best flight option
First time I’ve used DialAFlight but would book with them again. Chris Coulter was excellent. Everything regarding the holiday was perfect
Kennedy is amazing - would never book a longhaul holiday with anyone else. She is a credit to DialAFlight.
Vinnie gives us fantastic service
We had an issue with our room not being available as promised by the hotel and were already en route to the airport when they emailed us. Ryan took care of everything! When we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a suite with a complimentary mini bar, and they also gave us complimentary food & beverage vouchers to the value of £250! Whilst staying at the hotel the service we received from all the staff was fantastic - they took care of our every request and made sure the rest of our stay was perfect. All thanks to Ryan
It was first time using your company and will definitely again
From your side I feel you did a fantastic job. A few issues with the hotel which you wouldn’t have known and I will bring you up to date with
Special thanks to Larry who did a great job. Everything worked out.
Quite simply, superb. Thanks Dominic, you made my 60th memorable.
Ryan suggested trying Etihad. Best ever
Souk Boutique Hotel in Doha was excellent. Superb service, great location.
Everything went very smoothly and the timing of arrival was perfect for me.
As always my travel manager was fantastic from start to finish. Very supportive and helped us every step of the way. We had a fantastic holiday and can't wait to book the next one with you
Big shout out to Ryan who always meets my holiday needs - as professional as always!
Another successful holiday to Dubai. Chris Coulter never fails to deliver my bookings with excellence and service. Would never book with anyone else! Top guy and recommend him to all friends and new acquintances!
Dennis and his team were professional, helpful and timely in supporting our changing requirements and very reactive to a potential issue (not caused by DialAFlight ) at the end of our trip. We will definitely be coming back to you for our next trip
I have used DialAFlightt numerous times over the years and found them to be fantastic, knowledgeable and able to arrange and manage all my group and individual bookings. Cameron Bleasdale was excellent, He gave sound advice and ensured we were clear on all details for the holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas is – like many hotels in the city – labyrinthine. It really is simply gigantic, with 3,026 rooms and suites and a 100,000-square-foot casino. There are myriad elevators and seemingly never-ending corridors and getting lost is not difficult.
A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
However, I discovered that it’s still remarkably homely. Our room, a ‘terrace studio’, was spacious and comfortable, with two plush queen-size beds
The hustle and bustle of Sin City was quickly forgotten and I felt quite reluctant to leave the room. The luxurious bathroom and its deep bathtub also had a magnetic effect.
Along with the terrace it’s here that I spent most of my time. It boasts a panoramic view of the Strip and overlooks the famous Bellagio fountains. Utterly mesmerising.
The hotel has plenty of other features that ensnared me – the 14 dining spots, for example.
These include award-winning Jaleo, the first Vegas location of David Chang's Momofuku restaurants, Masterchef judge Christina Tosi's milk bar and foodie fave Eggslut, which serves up wholesome egg sandwiches despite the rather risqué name.
We tried out two other restaurants in the city during our stay. Beauty & Essex is one of Manhattan's trendiest – and like the original, chef Chris Santos's first foray outside New York is entered through a pawn shop, leading to a gilded space with a 1920s Gatsby vibe.
ESTIATORIO MILOS
The following evening, we headed to Estiatorio Milos. The Greek restaurant is known for serving the freshest seafood – and every morsel we tried was more-ish, yet seasoned simply with just olive oil, salt and pepper.
The restaurant's signature dish, the Milos Special, consists of delicious paper-thin zucchini and aubergine, fried and seasoned to crispy perfection. It's presented in a tower that is disassembled to reveal a serving of tzatziki.
WHERE TO DRINK
For drinks, the Chandelier is an Instagram-worthy bar spanning three stories and shrouded by a shimmering, beaded curtain of light.
We also called in at Rose.Rabbit. Lie, a modern supper club where we skipped the food and instead enjoyed cocktails and live entertainment.
Tucked away inside is The Study, which pays homage to the classic speakeasy and gives cocktail fanatics a more relaxing environment in which to unwind.
Then it was time to visit the hotel's exclusive nightclub - Marquee.
Entry is complimentary for hotel guests but it’s not for the faint of heart. You'll find some reprieve from the ear-splitting music and flashing lights outside by the pool.
The following day, we went back to Marquee to experience the Day Club - a raucous pool party that instantly reminded me of Spring Break shenanigans you'd see in a movie. If that's not your scene, don’t worry - it's not the only pool on offer.
BEYOND THE CASINO
The Boulevard Pool is the place to go to sunbathe in a social space while the Chelsea Pool offers more secluded havens.
And after a night and day at Marquee, I enjoyed a much-needed massage at the Sahra Spa. The signature treatment combines Thai, Swedish and Shiatsu techniques – and left me feeling invigorated.
Seeing the Strip from the air is definitely something to consider. We splashed out on Maverick Helicopters' most popular tour – the Wind Dancer. The flight took us on a thrilling ride over the city to one of the greatest natural wonders of the world – the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
I sat up front next to the friendly pilot, who pointed out incredible landmarks including Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam before we landed in the canyon. Once there we were treated to champagne and snacks.
On the journey back, we spotted incredible red rock formations and enjoyed an exhilarating flight over downtown Vegas and the Strip. Sadly, our thoroughly enjoyable weekend came to an end all too soon. We’d found so many ways to entertain ourselves at the Cosmo that that we didn’t even set foot in the Casino – so left with pockets not so light as they otherwise might have been!
