I recommend DialAFlight highly! Kylie and Rob are excellent. On this occasion they mnaged something complicated as very short notice (an unexpected trip change that happened to coincide with the LHR air traffic control delays). However, I also recommend using them for regular travel. The quotes are good and the service is excellent. What a relief to speak with a sensible professional.

Please don’t recommend Thrifty again for car rental. They were unscrupulous and tried to convince us to get a larger car (which we absolutely did not need) for an extra $1400 plus tried to tell us we needed a toll pass for our stay, again, which we absolutely did not need. Luckily we did not fall for either ruse. A

Saf Patel is excellent. I would advise you not to recommend the Hilton in Anaheim as it is an awful hotel. The other hotels on our itinerary were chosen by me and I was happy with them.
