Very complicated booking made more complicated by easyJet cancellation. All dealt with in a very friendly, helpful and professional way.
Small issues about getting checked in for return flight and being charged for 3 cases when I had paid for them in my booking. However I appreciate Marshall telling me in advance this might happen and it has been covered by DialAFlight - which is a truly excellent customer service response.
