Having suffered the worst possible day with two flights cancelled - one from London City and one on our way to Gatwick - we received outstanding service from Ivor Savage who was brilliant in re-booking us on to a Heathrow flight the following morning and booking us a hotel room near Heathrow. A horrendous start to a holiday was eased by Ivor’s superb service.
