The flights with KM Malta were great and we loved the Grand Excelsior. However the transfer company Suntransfers appeared to be fairly chaotic.

Finn was very helpful when we had any queries. He contacted the hotel directly and answered all our questions. Extremely helpful and polite.
Great holiday, only small issue was that we booked a deluxe room with sea view and upon arrival they don't have such a thing, it was a superior room with partial sea view which was slightly disappointing but didn't spoil the holiday in any way.

We had to pay for food in the bar and the lunch was replaced with an evening meal. Overall not good
A variety of food but disappointingly it was bland and tasteless. Not much choice for minority customers not even local Maltese food

Good communication. Flight and hotel were good. We had a bit of a shock having to pay £45 to park the car at Bristol airport hotel overnight!

Support and help from Matthew Price is exceptional and customer friendly. Trip was excellent and great value. Only downside the transport pick up return to the airport was 20 minutes late so added a bit of stress after a lovely relaxing holiday. However, this was down to the local provider and not DialAFlight.
