I should have given a bit more thought to the Avis car which was part of the package. It was a tin can, but nobody's fault except mine not to think about it.

Heathrow was closed whwn we were due to fly home but DAF were able to find an alternative flight - great effort.

Assistance with check in for my flights was greatly appreciated. I have poor vision and no access to Apps. Getting them sent to me so I could print them out was wonderful. Also getting priority boarding on easyJet helped. Really excellent.

First time using ITA and would use again. Only one issue that you should be aware of relating to the hotel transfer. We believe they cancelled the coach pick up at 1pm so we were left waiting for an additional 90 minutes. The Hotel did not confirm this but that is our feeling and we heard others had a similar experience. Might be easier to get a cab for an extra 20 euros.
As always, Michelle Dooler and her team lived up to their excellent reputation! Before I had even started to worry about having to check in online, Michelle had thought about it and the boarding passes were in my inbox ready to be printed! Superb - thoughtful and efficient service!
Apart from poor weather conditions which cancelled our boat trip to Positano and the Amalfi coast the holiday was a big success. The hotels were very comfortable and we had memorable days in Rome, Naples and a day trip to Pompeii. Many thanks again Chloe.

Excellent hotels in Rome and Germany but would not recommend Duca d'Este Hotel, Tivoli for single travellers. They prefer delegates to big conferences.
We needed more help with our early morning flight. Check in desks did not open until 4.30am and no staff to give assistance. Unable to download boarding passes. Airport packed with passengers many as lost as we were. Accommodation not suitable for older guests.
Superb service. Roy Copeland sorted out all our flights.
Everything was good. The only thing that was challenging was the private transfer on the return journey as he was 45 minutes late.

It’s always a pleasure to talk to the same travel agent who listens, gives options and works with you to organise the holiday you want. Always someone at the end of a phone or email who responds quickly with an answer / options / solutions.

Elizabeth was amazing and very helpful, sent me multiple holiday options and responded to me quickly with any further questions.
The place we booked however was awful, it was a tiny room miles away from anything. We ended up staying there for a night and then moved to another hotel. This is not Elizabeth’s fault at all. I looked at reviews for this place and did some research for nearest transport etc and from what I could see there was no issues. All in all my experience with DialAFlight has been amazing and I will be using again.
