Very disappointed with Enterprise car hire in its Italian version at Pisa. 40 minute wait to get car and very fussy over it despite my having taken very expensive no-excess provision. Would not use them again.

Excellent service given by Ashley and Shane. Holiday let down by service I received from Enterprise Car Rental in Pisa where staff at desk tried all ways to sell extra insurance. Will not use Enterprise again or recommend it.
Enterprise car hire would not let me drive because I am over 74. This was not a problem for my family as my son drove all the time, but others might find their holiday ruined or impossible if they were refused a car because of age.
All bookings and flight reservations were efficiently handled and the week's holiday in Pienza, Tuscany was ideal
