London City Airport as an option has many redeeming features but customers should be advised that whilst in transit they will need to both clear customs, if arriving in the UK and go through Security checks again. It is not like Terminal 5 at Heathrow where you change arcraft with BA without Security. It may have time implications. On the plus side London City BA flights serve free Alcohol drinks!!

First flight on Eurowings - great little airline.
I checked in online and was allocated a seat which was not the extra leg room seat I had paid for. The check in girl tried to blame DialAFlight which I knew was NOT the case. She was awkward and unhelpful and it was frustrating that she was blaming you guys when I suspect it was their rubbish system! I’m 100% happy with DAF. Shame I can’t say the same for Flybe

Flight cancelled from Bristol to Düsseldorf and we had to go via Frankfurt and then onto Düsseldorf meaning we arrived very late. This was however not your fault.

Avoid offering British Airways as a choice until they improve on their customer service at Heathrow.
British Airways were OK this time and I really appreciated being given a free small cup of coffee on the Dusseldorf-London City run. (Last two journeys with them they could provide no refreshments, on the first flight because the cabin crew were new and didn't know how to operate the bank card machines, and on the second flight because the process of charging everybody by cheque card was so slow that they never got to half of us). Maybe DialAFlight should purchase BA and show them how to run an airline.
