Our return flight from Dresden to Zurich was delayed by 45 mins resulting in my wife missing her connecting flight to Australia. This was a bad experience resulting in a 12 hour wait in Zurich. We should probably not have booked a connecting flight with only 55 minutes to change at Zurich.
Service and communication is excellent
We perhaps should have looked harder at our return flight options as they resulted in an exhausting day and very late return for senior citizens, but that was essentially our problem.
