Tristan helped us get home when our flights were changed because of the war. He rebooked flights and did all the work. He phoned us in Thailand too to discuss the options, which we really appreciated. It was a very stressful time!

The Anantara hotel was hosting a large wedding and it did impact our stay. If we had known we would have chosen an alternative hotel. Otherwise everything was brilliant!

Excellent service from Deborah. Only feedback for improvement would be around small details like exact times of pickup in advance (on the itinerary). A few perks would have been nice in the hotels, but overall still wonderful!

Really good - only issue with flights was the first one back home was delayed which meant we missed our connecting flight and had to wait for another. Airline was not helpful so won’t use them again
